By playing Tank City you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for entertainment.
2. Your account & conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not cheat, exploit, harass other players, or use offensive nicknames. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. Virtual items (crystals & tanks)
Crystals and tanks are a license to use in-game features. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. We may adjust or remove in-game items as the game evolves.
4. Availability
Online features depend on our servers and your connection. The game is provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for interruptions or data loss to the extent permitted by law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms and the game. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
